In today’s world, we are often consumed by the busyness of life, which can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, those around us, and nature itself.

“Expressions Of Being offers tools and practices that have personally guided me through heavy, uncertain, and anxious times.

These tools have helped me find greater clarity, and confidence into my life. At the heart of these practices is Yin Yoga — gentle, relaxing, still and safe. Through it, you can understand your body, mind, and emotions, drawing from a blend of science, spirituality, energy work, and ancient wisdom adapted to modern wellness.

In addition to Yin Yoga, I share practices like meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and insights from anatomy, physiology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each is designed to help you reconnect with your inner nature and support your overall well-being.

Many of these tools are simple to incorporate into your daily life and require only a small amount of time.

And little by little, with consistency, presence and surrender, the journey back to you begins.”

More about Meli,
our Founder

With a background in hospitality and experience as a Chef de Partie at the Four Seasons Hotel from 2014 to 2021, Meli discovered her true passion while studying in Bali.

In 2021, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. The following year, she pursued further studies with a 150-hour program in Himalaya Kriya Yoga and a 100-hour course in Yin, Yang, and Myofascial Yoga. In 2024, she expanded her expertise into Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Meli's energetic practice deepened in 2023 when she became a Reiki Master Practitioner.

To integrate her knowledge of energy work, anatomy, and the fascia, Meli traveled to Singapore to study Craniosacral Therapy, blending her diverse skills into a holistic approach to wellness.
