Anne Marie, Somatic & Breathwork Teacher

Meet your Teachers

Anne Marie has spent over 30 years studying science, psychology, and exercise physiology. She has founded three major yoga studios, traveled the world as both a student and a renowned teacher, and ultimately made Bali her home. Despite her many degrees and certifications, she believes that "passion matters more than pedigree."

She founded Wild Soul Breath to help people reconnect with themselves—their primal, wild, mystical nature. "We have forgotten who we are and why we came here," she says. In a world filled with distractions, stress, and overwhelm, she offers tools to release tension, dive deep within, and return to a state of presence.

Anne Marie’s mission is not to give advice but to guide others back to their own wisdom. She believes in embracing the full spectrum of life—the joy, the heartbreak, the light, and the darkness. "Wholeness is our true home."

For those who seek more from life, who ask "Why?" and long to live with depth and purpose, she sees you—because, as she says, "I see you because I am you."

Pau, Anatomy Teacher

Pau's life mission is to blend together the eastern art of Thai Yoga Massage and the western science of Osteopathy. This unique and pristine combination allows him to treat in a globally holistic manner, from the tip of the toes to the crown of the head. At the same time, Pau finds ways to be radically specific, identifying the dysfunctions responsible for bringing the system out of balance.

Pau has the ability to find these dysfunctions and, using a variety of tools, restore vitality and mobility. After that, he steps back and lets nature take care of the rest.

Pau is an authorized teacher in the Sunshine Network, a prestigious Thai Massage school based in Chiang Mai. He is also a licensed Osteopath, having trained at the Swiss International College of Osteopathy under the mentorship of Phillipe Druelle.
