Eva is an organizational psychologist, mindfulness researcher, and certified mindfulness and yoga teacher.

As both an instructor and researcher, she studies and teaches mindfulness, well-being, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Her work is deeply informed by her personal experiences as a mindfulness and yoga practitioner, co-founder, and startup employee.

Eva holds a PhD in Business (Organizational Behavior and Human Resources), a Master's in Psychology and Management and a Bachelor's in Business and Economics. Through her work as a mindfulness educator and trainer, she helps individuals cultivate healthier, more balanced lives, and supports entrepreneurs and organizations in creating environments where employees can thrive. Her approach encourages sustainable productivity, connection, and well-being in both personal and professional settings.
